Carsten Transfeld is an Observer Advisory Board member at CERTANIA and a member of the Management Board at ÖHMI AG. In 10 years of management responsibility at ÖHMI, he has continuously and sustainably shaped the company into a nationwide integrated service provider with a strong focus on service and customers. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Carsten is strongly committed to society. He has been Vice President of the Magdeburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 2021. Before joining ÖHMI, he worked as a lawyer at GÖRG in the areas of M&A, corporate law and insolvency law, advising German medium-sized entrepreneurs and companies. Carsten completed his law studies at the University of Bayreuth with additional studies in economics and a doctorate in the field of economic analysis of the law on the precautionary principle.
