Dr Frederick Stubbins is Managing Director Division at CERTANIA, where he is responsible for the group-wide management of all life science and food business units. In this role, he focuses on strategic alignment, integration and organisational alignment and leads interdisciplinary teams to build integrated, high-performance platforms.
He has over 15 years of leadership experience in the international industry and has held senior roles at Tentamus Group and Intertek. Throughout his career, he has driven the development and scaling of innovative, data-driven solutions, strengthening the connection between customers and laboratory networks. He has also led multidisciplinary scientific and commercial teams in a variety of industries - always with a clear focus on growth, operational integration and close collaboration across functions and management levels.
With a PhD in chemical engineering, Dr Stubbins combines deep technical understanding with strong commercial and operational expertise. His track record of managing growth, building leadership teams and integrating businesses reflects an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong focus on operational excellence and a clear ambition to help shape the next generation of modern, high performing organisations.
