Karsten Xander is the founder and CEO of CERTANIA Group. His career is characterized by exceptional leadership and strategic skills in various global positions in the TIC sector.
A milestone in his career was his membership of the global board of TÜV SÜD. For more than a decade, Karsten led activities in the industrial and infrastructure segments, managing the Americas region out of the US and gaining deep insights into key end customer segments. His leadership skills were instrumental in developing and executing corporate strategy, driving organic growth initiatives, managing turnaround situations and successfully leading M&A transactions.
On behalf of Quadriga Capital, Karsten served on the advisory board of GBA, a European champion in the sectors for food, environment and life science, which was strategically developed and successfully sold in 2020.
Earlier in his career, Karsten earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, laying a solid foundation in strategy consulting. His experience includes managing both mid-sized companies and large multinationals, with a deep understanding of global business dynamics gained through his roles on supervisory boards and management boards.
