As Chief Financial Officer, Mathias Blank is an important member of the management team and is responsible for the financial transparency of CERTANIA Holding GmbH. He has more than 20 years of professional experience as Head of Finance and CFO in wholesale, the chemical industry and plant construction as well as in our sector. Before joining CERTANIA, he was responsible for setting up the finance department of the Tentamus Group, assisted with the post-merger integration of acquired companies in Germany and abroad and played a key role in supporting the entry of a new financial investor. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and a master's degree in business law from Saarland University.
