As Managing Partner, Moritz Gruber is an important member of the management team at CERTANIA Holding GmbH. His extensive knowledge in the areas of healthcare, post-merger management, due diligence and turnaround management as well as his experience in managing and advising several successful companies make him an important pillar for the strategic management and direction of the company. He was founder and CEO of several companies, including Certos, Rysta and CertoClav. He also served as a senior advisor to OakTree Partners and held a leadership role at McKinsey & Company, where he led turnaround programs, conducted due diligence and led post-merger integration projects. With a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law and a Magister Juris from the University of Vienna, he also has a strong educational background.
