The office and commercial building in Hannover Vahrenwald, developed by LIST Develop Commercial, is nearing completion. Spanning 25,000 square meters of gross floor area, the new office and commercial spaces have been constructed in the Vahrenwald-List district of Hannover, adjacent to the Continental AG buildings. On the ground floor, dm and REWE will open their stores, while Design Offices will offer 6,700 square meters of coworking space on the first two floors. The upper floors have been leased to B&B Hotels. With two levels of underground parking and direct access to the Werder Straße subway station, the location is ideal. The architectural firm léonwohlhage designed the building complex, which, despite its eye-catching features, blends harmoniously into the urban landscape. KÖTTER Consulting Engineers was responsible for all building acoustics and noise control planning to address the high noise levels from Vahrenwalder Straße.
