ELAB joins CERTANIA

Acquisition of tüv süd - ELAB GmbH

In early November 2021, CERTANIA Holding GmbH, based in Munich, acquired the ownership shares in the current ELAB Analytik GmbH as well as in the sister company FSI Health & Safety GmbH, Neu-Isenburg.

Both companies are thus leaving the TÜV SÜD Group to continue their operations successfully within a corporate network with a strategic focus on TIC services (Testing, Inspection, and Certification).
