Long-standing expert in management system certification joins certania for continued excellence and growth
IFU-CERT management systems certification company with more than 20 years of experience, has joined the rapidly growing CERTANIA Group in the testing, inspection and certification industry. This strategic move allows IFU-CERT, with its sister companies Kühnemann und Partner GmbH and proCum Cert GmbH, to maintain entrepreneurial independence while benefiting from the resources of a larger group to continue to provide world-class customer service and promote growth.
IFU-CERT is a certification body that covers all important management system certifications, as well as a selection of sustainability certifications. It is currently seeking accreditation as a verification body for carbon footprint services (CCF, PCF, carbon neutrality) and for European and national emissions trading. The Institute for Environmental Technology, a sister company of IFU-CERT, is known as an environmental verification organization with extensive expertise in environmental assessments, EMAS validations and an in-depth focus on sustainability issues.
Based in Hanover, the team serves almost all industries and has extensive expertise in aviation, utilities, renewable energy, biomass and agriculture, public authorities and universities, to name but a few. Significant growth areas include: Sustainability certifications, CO-2 related verification services (2024), information security and energy efficiency.
