Our work helps housing associations, construction and real estate companies, public-sector organisations and utilities assess risks, meet regulatory requirements and document decisions with confidence. 

Our services cover certified asbestos assessments and reporting, soil quality assessments, chromium-6 testing, clean soil certifications, and coordination of remediation, inspection and management plans. This allows customers to manage building and environmental compliance topics with practical support from assessment through to execution. 

Based in Waalwijk, we provide strong regional coverage in central and southern Netherlands. As part of CERTANIA’s Buildings & Infrastructure segment, we work closely with SGI Compliance to offer customers broader local coverage and more coordinated support across asbestos, environmental advisory and technical compliance services.
