We support customers in the Netherlands with hazardous-material compliance and building inspections in regulated environments. Our work helps property owners, housing associations and developers assess risks, plan measures and maintain robust documentation-particularly where asbestos and other hazardous materials are relevant in existing buildings. 

Our services are structured across three pillars. Advisory covers asbestos and chromium-6 assessments and related compliance requirements. Project Management coordinates remediation and demolition projects, including planning, contractor coordination and compliance monitoring. Inspection focuses on recurring building-pathology services such as moisture ingress, mould and leak detection, complemented by drying technology. 

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Delft, we operate with nationwide coverage across the Netherlands and support both recurring housing–portfolio needs and project-based assignments for commercial and public-sector clients.
